Work Out of the Day (WOD)

Each 60min CrossFit class will consist of a work out of the day (WOD). This will be constantly varied, functional training performed at high intensity. 

 

The class will be broken down into 3 main parts, 

 

  • The warm up

  • Strength/Skills training

  • WOD

 

The WOD will be programmed to test your skills and fitness, on a measureable scale.  

 

The WOD will also be programmed to suit all abilities and levels of fitness.

 

Each WOD will be released the evening before via our blog.
