The CrossFit Induction Couse (On-Ramp) will generaly run the 1st Monday & Wednesday evening of every month unless stated otherwise.
The course will take place at 19:30 on both days and last 1 hour.
The course will teach you all the fundamental movements and terminology involved in CrossFit over two sessions, whist having fun, meeting the team and experiencing a short WOD (Workout of the day).
At CSV your safety is our paramount, we make sure every single one of our athletes in proficient in these movements before they can then go on to the CrossFit classes. Not just for your own safety, but to ensure you get the absolute most out of every session you participate in.

121 sessions will be charged at the same rate as a Personal Training session, £25 per hour, plus the remainder of the month's membership charged at a daily rate.
For example, if they joined on the 15th of the month as a 121 it would be £25 + 15 days membership (£1.50 per day) to take them to the 1st of the next month. Depending on what month it is, and providing the induction takes 1hr. The average is 1.5hrs depending on the person.
Future Course dates-
Feb - 3rd & 5th @ 19:30-20:30 must attend both sessions. Cost £50 including the remainder of the month's membership for FREE.
Starter Pack – CrossFit Induction (2 sessions), 1 x PT session per week, Unlimited Membership, plus a training/nutrition plan.
8-week Program - £400 for 8 weeks (2month)

Please turn up 5 mins prior to the session starting, in appropriate gym/sportswear with a water bottle.
