Current Covid 19 opening times and timetable. 

Week Days - 05:45 -11:30 & 16:00 - 20:30

Saturdays - 08:00 - 12:00

Sunday - 09:00 - 12:00

Due to Covid 19 our opening times and timetable will be restricted until further notice, to allow us more time to clean and control the access to the box.

Please don't come to the box more than 5 mins prior to the session starting, remain outside until the coach calls for you. 

Open gym will be allowed inside our opening times but you must remain two metres apart and clean ALL equipment you use.

 

All sessions need to be booked in advance via our Wodify app.  

Monday - Friday

16:30 - 17:30

17:30 - 18:30

18:30 - 19:30

Saturday 

08:30 - 09:15 (Bootcamp, open to non members) 

09:30 - 10:30 

Sunday 

10:00 - 11:00 (HIIT, Open to non members) 

All classes will be CrossFit style classes unless stated otherwise.

Each class will be 60 mins in length with the last 5-10 mins will be put aside to clean and put the equipment away.

Strength and Conditioning - We will work on areas of your body and energy systems to improves over all performance in all the 10 components of Strenght & Conditioning. This will be a mixture of compound lifts, gymnastics, conditioning, strength, body weight movements, olympic lifting pllus much more.

Speciality Classes/Work Shops - We will be focusing on all the different area's of CrossFit, gymnastics, stong-man, power lifting, rowing, endurance, mobility/flexibility, recovery/nutrition and much more. Each session will be posted so you can plan ahead.

On Ramp - Will consist of 2 (1hrs) sessios over the first Monday & Wednesday of each month, designed for beginners to learn and perform safely all the fundamental movements of CrossFit, before you enter any CrossFit Classes.

HIIT/BootCamp Sessions - Are open to members and non-members. Designed to get your heart and lungs pumping and get a good old sweat going, with a mixutre of CV, resistance training, abs/core plus much more. All of these classes are avalible on a PAYG, £30 a month. Free with any CF Unlimited or Couples membership.
