CrossFit Shadow Valley Fitness Facility is Torfaen’s premier and only Affiliated CrossFit Facility. Located on the Mamhilad Park estate (Pontypool) just a short drive from Cwmbran’s town center. Not only are we privileged to present you with a superb CrossFit facility complete with a 24ft Rogue Rig and full set up from Kettle-bells to barbells, we also have a state of the art gym/fitness facility including a wide range of CV equipment, free weights, and resistance machines. Not to mention the 20m AstroTurf strip for all your tire flips, prowler push and pulls, plus much more. Both complement each other superbly for any goal or goals you may have.
