Open to all (age 15+)

Monday: 17:00 and 18:00
Wednesday: 17:00 and 18:00
Friday: 17:00 and 18:00
The sessions will consist predominantly of body weight movements & shuttle runs, a typical fun circuit or bootcamp style session.
Suitable and scalable to all. If you have any injuries or need to adapt any movements please let the coach know prior to the session starting.
The classes are entirely weather dependent, so we will update the Facebook page if we are forced to cancel them.
For those of you who are currently supporting the box, there will obviously be no charge for these sessions.
During classes we would ask that everyone maintains a 2 metre social distance and does not attend if they are unwell or are displaying any coronavirus symptoms.
There will be a register completed at the beginning of each session to ensure that we can comply with ‘track and trace’, so please ensure that you give your name and contact details to the coach upon arrival.
The session will be held somewhere in the area below located by the running lady, if we need to move locations due to other groups, dogs or other reasons the coach will make you aware of this.
Upon arrival please wait to the south of the toilet building and wait for the coach to call you over.
