In the 2 mins either run 200m or Row 20cals. with the remaining time, Kettle bell swings (24kg/16kg) scale accordingly. If you have no KB's, do burpees. 

 

Rest 1 min. 

 

Your score is the amount of KB swings/burpees. 

 

Give your children the best start in life. 

 

CrossFit Kids classes will be starting during the summer holiday.
