Strength and Conditioning - We will work on areas of your body and energy systems to improves over all performance in all the 10 components of Strenght & Conditioning. This will be a mixture of compound lifts, gymnastics, conditioning, strength, body weight movements, olympic lifting pllus much more.
Speciality Classes/Work Shops - We will be focusing on all the different area's of CrossFit, gymnastics, stong-man, power lifting, rowing, endurance, mobility/flexibility, recovery/nutrition and much more. Each session will be posted so you can plan ahead.
On Ramp - Will consist of 2 (1hrs) sessios over the first Monday & Wednesday of each month, designed for beginners to learn and perform safely all the fundamental movements of CrossFit, before you enter any CrossFit Classes.
HIIT/BootCamp Sessions - Are open to members and non-members. Designed to get your heart and lungs pumping and get a good old sweat going, with a mixutre of CV, resistance training, abs/core plus much more. All of these classes are avalible on a PAYG, £30 a month. Free with any CF Unlimited or Couples membership.
